.1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1915 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF THE <br />MAJOR SUBDIVISION LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER <br />OF HIGHWAY 10 AND COUNTY ROAD I <br />WHEREAS, Kraus -Anderson has proposed a major subdivision <br />on the southwest corner of Highway 10 and County Road I (1 lot <br />into 3 lots); and <br />WHEREAS, this property is legally known as: <br />Silver Lake Woods <br />Lot 1, Block 11 <br />WHEREAS, this major subdivision meets all City Code <br />requirements; and <br />�.. WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the proposed major <br />subdivision on July 8, 1985; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the preliminary plat of the <br />major subdivision. <br />Adopted this 12th day of August, 1985. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
