Resolution 10072, Accepting the Completed Plans and Specifications for the <br />2025 Street Project and Authorizing Bidding of the Project. <br /> <br />Public Works/Parks and Recreation Director Peterson requested the Council accept the completed <br />plans and specifications for the 2025 Street Project and authorizing bidding of the Project. He <br />reviewed the roadways that were included in the project area and noted he was working with the <br />City Attorney to expand the City’s right of way in some areas. He commented the plan was to put <br />this project out for bid on March 14 with a bid opening held on April 4. The Council would then <br />accept the bids and award the contract on April 14. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Smith. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 10072, <br />Accepting the Completed Plans and Specifications for the 2025 Street Project and Authorizing <br />Bidding of the Project. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />9. REPORTS <br />A. Reports of Mayor and Council. <br /> <br />Council Member Smith reported the Ramsey County League of Local Government would be <br />meeting on Tuesday, March 11. <br /> <br />Council Member Smith explained she would be attending a Cable Commission meeting on <br />Thursday, March 20. <br /> <br />Council Member Clark encouraged the public to attend the Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 19 <br />at 9:00 a.m. She noted volunteers were needed to assist with filling and putting the eggs out at City <br />Hall Park. <br /> <br />Council Member Clark reported the Festival in the Park Committee would be meeting next on <br />Tuesday, April 1. <br /> <br />Council Member Clark invited the public to attend the Mounds View Lions St. Patrick’s Day <br />Celebration at the Community Center on Sunday, March 16 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause stated on Tuesday, February 25 he attended Convention Bureau 101 <br />with the Twin Cities Gateway, along with Council Member Gunn. He asked that staff from the <br />Twin Cities Gateway Bureau be invited to a future City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause indicated he would be attending a Twin Cities Gateway Board <br />meeting on Tuesday, March 18. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause commented he would be attending an NYFS Finance meeting on <br />Wednesday, March 19.
