PUBLIC HEARING: Resolution 10068, Approving a Chicken-Keeping <br /> 6 License for Shelly Rosene, 2809 County Road H2. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 City Administrator Zikmund requested the City Council approve a chicken-keeping license for <br /> 9 Shelly Rosene at 2809 County Road H2. He reported all necessary paperwork and fees have been <br /> 10 submitted to the City and staff recommends approval. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Mayor Lindstrom opened the public hearing at 6:22 p.m. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Shelly Rosene,2809 County Road H2,thanked the City for considering her request. She explained <br /> 15 she would like to have eight hens on her property. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Hearing no further public input, Mayor Lindstrom closed the public hearing at 6:23 p.m. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Clark. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 10068, <br /> 20 Approving a Chicken-Keeping License for Shelly Rosene, 2809 County Road H2. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Ayes—5 Nays—0 Motion carried. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 B. Second Reading and Adoption Ordinances 1026 through 1033: <br /> 25 1) Ordinance 1026, Chapter 10 - Penalty List <br /> 26 2) Ordinance 1027, Chapter 33 - Police Advisory Commission <br /> 27 3) Ordinance 1028, Chapter 71 - Truck Definition/Parking <br /> 28 4) Ordinance 1029, Chapter 90 -Honeybees <br /> 29 5) Ordinance 1030, Chapter 91 —Weeds/RV <br /> 30 6) Ordinance 1031, Chapter 118 - Cigarette Background Check <br /> 31 7) Ordinance 1032, Chapter 120 -Mobile Food Vehicle <br /> 32 8) Ordinance 1033, Chapter 160 -Home Occupations <br /> 33 <br /> 34 City Administrator Zikmund requested the Council approve the second reading for these <br /> 35 ordinances, noting the Council heard the first reading at the February 24, 2025 City Council <br /> 36 meeting.
