RESOLUTION NO. <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />4&1tt_ /y <br />Pursuant to due call anri .,cite t.". _ c..., a weelu:y ui <br />the City Council of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota, was <br />held at the City Hall, on the <br />with the following members present: <br />and the following members absent: <br />Member introduced the tolluwing rusulutiun and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION INCREASING WATER RATES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1986 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is authorized to <br />establish water sates; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is <br />necessary that the City increase its water rates; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Council of thr City of <br />Mounds View, Minnesota as fellows: <br />1, tttective JanLar; 1, 1986, the water rate wall be <br />$0.75 per 1,000 gallons <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a review of the water rates <br />to dete,mine their adequacy will be conducted annually. <br />The motion for adoption of the above resolution was duly <br />seconded by member and upon a vote being taken, Ayes, <br />Nays, said resolution was declared duly passed ano adupt.d <br />this <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
