/3 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />CITY UP MUUNUS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota, was <br />held at the City Hall, on the <br />with the following members present: <br />and the following members absent: <br />Member introduced t'.e following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION INCREASING SEWER RATES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1986 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is authorized to <br />establish sewer rates; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it .s <br />necessary ghat the City iicrer.se its sewer rates; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLVEO by Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Minnesota 311 follows: <br />1.
