Associates Mr. Menkveld reviewed the request for the proposed ma;o- subdivision of 2 lots into 4 and the need fcr a conditional use permit for the 400 sq. ft. accessory building at Bu85 Woodlawn Drive. Don Schmolke, 8070 Edgewood, questioned where the house would be on parcel 22. Mr. Menkveld showed where it ' would be toward the front of the lot. Mayor Linke explained that per the building code, homes are required to be lined up close to the road. Mayor Linke closed the pubic hearing and reopened the regular meeting r,t 7:20 PM. Motion/Second: Hake/Hankrer to approve keso:ution No. 1932, for a ,r.a)cr subdivisior and conditional use permit for a 400 sq. it. accessory buildino at 8085 Woodlawn Drive, and waive the leading.
