Knowledget skills and abilities. <br />(1) Thorough knowledge of the planning, scheduling, <br />publicizing end execution of park and recreational programs. <br />(2) Considerable knowledge of the philsophy and objec- <br />tives of public recreation. <br />-'- <br />(3) Knowledge oC punllc adminncratiun auu <br />methods and procedures. <br />i4) Ability to write concise reports. <br />(5) Ability to plan, promote and direct recreation pro- <br />grams. <br />(b) Considerable ability in meeting with clubs, civic <br />groups anti individuals to explain and secure participation in <br />programs. <br />(7) Considerable ability to estahiish and maintain effec- <br />tive working relationships with employees and general public. <br />Subdivision 2.
