CHAPTER 52 <br />PARKS, PLAYGROUNDS, OPEN SPACE AND <br />,cnwr�iu nuts RIILF.S AND REGULATIONS <br />52.01, PURPOSE:. <br />The following rules and regulations are hereby adopted for <br />all parks, playgrounds, open space and recreation area designated <br />by the City of Mounds View. <br />52.02. DEFINITIONS. <br />(1) Parks, playgrounds, open space, and recreation area. <br />Any area, designed by the City of Mounds View, wherever located <br />within the City which is reserved, designated or used for active <br />or passive recreation and which is owned,oprated or controlled <br />by the City or controlled by another government <br />(2) Motor vehicle. "Motor vehicle" means every velncle <br />which is self-propelled and does not der;ve it's power from over- <br />head wires. Motor vehicles include, but shall not be limitnd to, <br />automobiles, trucks, motor bikes, mini -bikes, s.�owmobiles rod <br />battery -powered cart3. <br />52.03.
