Storm Water. It shall be unlawful to <br />discharge or cause to be discharged into the municipal sewer <br />system, either directly or indirectly, any roof, storm, surface <br />or ground water of any type of kind, or water discharged from any <br />airconditioning unit or system. <br />71.08 Tampering with Municipal Sewer System Prohibited. <br />No person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently damage, <br />destory, uncover, deface, or tamper with any part of the <br />municipal sewer system. <br />71.09 Entry Ilpnn Private Property. The Plumbing <br />Inspector of Mounds View and other duly authorized employees of <br />Mounds View, bearing proper credentials and identification, shall <br />it reasonable times be permitted to enter upon all properties <br />connected to the municipal sanitary sewer system for the purpose <br />of inspection. observation, measurement, sampling and testing in <br />connection with the operation of the municipal sanitary sewer <br />system. <br />71.10 Maintenance of Sewer.
