MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COUNCII. <br />FROM: CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR <br />UAT E: NOVEMBER h, 1985 <br />SUBJECT: LIGHTS ON FOR PEACE <br />Attached please find a copy of a letter from Congressman Les <br />AuCein requesting our consideration of a resolution <br />encouraging citizens to leave their outdoor lights on from <br />dusk to dawn on November 19 and 20, 1985 while President <br />Reagan and General Secretary Gorbachev meet in summit in <br />Geneva, Switzerland as a symbolic uisplay ^f npr desire for <br />world peace.
