No. 394 <br />with the Fire Chief after the last agenda meeting, <br />and the Fire Chief had no problem with it. <br />Motion/Second: Blanchard/Haake to have the first <br />rea ng o rdinance No. 394, amending Chapter 63 <br />of the Municipal Code entitled "Fire Code", and <br />waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Hankner to have the second 19. 2nd Reading and <br />reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 389, amending Adoption of <br />the Municipal Code of Mounds View by amending Ordn. Public Works/ <br />Community Dvlpt. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Hankner to approve the Director <br />conditional use permit for the Theodore Jarvis <br />property located at 2236 Hillview Road, per Planning <br />Commission Resolution No. 135-85, with the stipula- <br />tion that no currently licensed motor vehicles <br />would be allowed in the building. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />There was discussion among the Councilmembers about <br />garage doors being allowable on accessory buildings, <br />and concern with motor vehicles being kept in the <br />buildings. 0 <br />
