Mounds View City Council <br />Regull Meeting <br />------- <br />--------------------- <br />June 10, 1985 <br />Page Seven <br />------- ------------------ -- <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reviewed section 40.10 <br />Subd C(2) of the Municipal Code, regarding accessory <br />buildings. He added he was not aware of any complaints <br />regarding the type of doors, and he stated the <br />Planning Commission would be reviewing that section <br />of the Code this coming year, and the Council could <br />ask them to consider changes to it. <br />Director Thatcher reviewed a letter received from <br />regarding their review <br />Robert Wuornos and Associates <br />be done an a time and materials <br />of the comp plan, to <br />basis not to exceed $5,300. <br />Motion/Second: Haake/Blanchard to authorize the <br />Robert <br />Merk/AdministraLor to sign an agreement with <br />the City's Compre- <br />Wuornos and Associates to review <br />Plan for time and materials not to exceed <br />hensive <br />$5,300, with the funds to come from the contingency <br />fund. <br />Motion Carried <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Councilmember Hankner left the meeting at 8:50 PM. <br />Director Thatcher advised the Council of problems <br />the alternatives available <br />with Well #4 and outlined <br />to repair it. <br />Motion/Second: Linke/Blanchard to authorize <br />with the proposed plan <br />Director T atcher to proceed <br />off Well #4 and authorize Layne Minnesota <br />to close <br />to do the work necessary on a time and materials <br />and ascertain where the <br />basis to plug off the well <br />Leak is. <br />Motion Carried <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />21. Report of <br />Attorney Meyers had no report. <br />Attorney <br />22, Reports of <br />Councilmember Haake had no report. Councilmembers <br />Councilmember Quick reported he had ridden with <br />the Police last Saturday night, and they had <br />driven through the Loose Ends parking lot and <br />not observed any activity. <br />Councilmember Blanchard had no report. <br />Mayor Linke reported he had received the resigna- <br />tion of Donna Bowman from the Park and Rec <br />Commission, and authorized the Clerk/Administrator <br />to advertise the vacancy. <br />
