Wayne Courtney, for the C. C. Ludwig Award. <br />As you know, each year the League of Minnesota Cities presents this award <br />to an individual who has made outstanding contributions through their <br />involvement in municipal government. <br />We think that Mayor Courtney is a deserving individual of this award for <br />his many years of Service, not only to the City of Edina, but also for his <br />long time involvement with the League and other Metropolitan committees and <br />commission assignments. <br />I, and the City Council of Edina, would appreciate your support of Mayor <br />Courtney's nomination for this award. <br />We hope that you might write a letter of recommendation, sending it to me <br />by March 13, 1485, to be included with other supplementary materials to <br />support Mayor Courtney's nomination. <br />Thank you again for your help and support. <br />Sincerely, <br />Kenneth E.
