Attached to this memorandum you will find the summary of these goals indicating their priority, the responslhl� individual(s) or group(s) and completion/implementation date. The progress made in meeting these gi.dts LO date is as follows: A study of Districts 6 and 12 in the Comp. Plan to resolve the current conflicts has been underway for t:,e past several months with the final report being held up until such time as a decision is handed down by the Minnesota CourL ul Appeail uu the case of Highway 10 Radiator. 2. As discussed at a recent agenda session, Staff is beginning the process of developing a proposed economic development program for the city and will be meeting with the Council in the near tuture to receive input as to what your expectations might be with respect to this program. 1. As this is a City Council activity 1 am not prepared to make comment on its current level of progress. 4. BaseJ on recent Council direction to the Finance Director Priority 14 will be combined with Priority 12, i.e. economic development program as you indicated that it was your intention that the revenue development plan be part of an economic development program. 5. A report from Public Works/Community Development Director Thatcher and Finance Director Brayer will be presented to you in the near future regarding a storm water management plan. 6. A task force has been appointed by the City Council and is currently meeting with an anticipated completion date of no later than December 16, 1985. 7. Funding was included in the 1986 hudget for weatherization of certain portions of the City Hall and this work will be accomplished during the winter months of early 1986 by City Staff Members.
