Call to Order <br />by Mayor Linke at 7:02 PM on November 12, 1985. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. 2. Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Blanchard, Quick, 3. Roll Call <br />Hankner, Haake and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers and Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley. <br />Mayor Linke noted the Council had just finished meeting <br />in an executive sessinn with Attorney Meyers. <br />Motion/Second: Linke/Hankner to amend the existing <br />lawsuit and start implementation to include the MAC <br />at this time. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Motion/Second: Blanchard/Quick to approve the October 4. Approval of <br />:8, 1965 minutes as presented. Minutes: <br />October 28, 1985 <br />5 ayes 0 ;lays <br />Motior. Carried <br />Alice Frits, 8072 Long Lake Road asked for an explana- 5. Residents <br />tion of how and why the sand and salt was distributed Requests and <br />on the roads a few days earlier. Comments from <br />the Floor <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley replied that Staff is already <br />checking into the situation and they are waiting for an <br />answer back from the County. He stated he would contact <br />Mrs. Frits once they receive an answer. <br />Motion/Second: flankner/Blanchard to approve the 6.
