Final location of pole to be determined by City in consultation with vendor. Electrical and telephone service shall be underground. III. Siren t3 shall be installed at the east Side of Mounds View Well t3 located at the corner of Edge - wood Drive and Bronson Drive approximately 10 feet east of the southeast corner of rho building, on a 60' Class 1 pole, properly set to depth and solidly tilled and tamped with Class V roadway sand and yravel material. Electrical service shall be installed from the main electrical power panel „f the building to the strren location with conduit and cable sized to the manufacturer's specifications for the installed siren. Electrical service shall include a main breaker switch located at the main electrical panel and the appropriate Telephone/Electrical control panel to be located on the inside of the east of the Well House Building near the primary outlet to the pole and siren structure. The electrical service outlet to the pole shall be conduit and cable, installed and sized to manufacturer's specifications, and shall include all appropriate electrical service boxes, conduits, weatherheads, drip loops, lightning surge devices, grounding and weatner proofing devices, necessary to meet state electrical codes, and to provide continued maintenance tree service to the City. Electrical and telephone service shall be ground. Final locations for the pot: and controls to be determined by the City in consultation with ve.idcr and Northern States Power. SECT:UN THREE Installation will be accomplished in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and in compliance with the State of Minnesota Buildi:g and Electrical Codes. All electrical wiring shall consist of copper conductor. All underground electrical wire shall be type use THw insulated, installed in conduit. Sod, blacktop, building structure or concrete affected by installation shall be restored to the original condition. The complete siren system must be installed, tested, and accepted on or before one hundred twenty 1120) days from the date of contract award, operational tests shall be made of the installation before acceptance and final payment is made.
