�/ w✓�L.� b <br />MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COUN' <br />FROM: CLERK-ADMINISTRAT <br />PA'PE: DECEMBER I1), 1985 <br />SUBJECT: EXPIRING ADVISORY COMMISSfON/COMMir-rEE <br />APPOINTMENTS <br />A review of the City's present membershiP on Advisory <br />Commissions and Committees reveals that the tollnwiny <br />members' terms of office will be expiring as of December 31 <br />of this year. <br />Planning Commission - Eugene Anderson and Charlotte Forslund <br />Parks and Recreation Commission - David Long and Diane Wuori <br />Festivities Commission - Donald Hodges, Alice Frits and <br />Jerry Blanchard <br />Vacancies will also exist on the Energy Council as of the <br />end of this year, however, in a telephone conversation with <br />chairman Iloh H-'utel, I was advised that the rounril will he <br />submitting a recommendd[_ion reyardany thu tulutr ul tJn <br />organization after the first of the year and it would appear <br />appropriate to delay any action on these positions until <br />that report is received. <br />staff maid request Council direction in this matter. <br />DPP/mjs <br />
