5. Pursuant to Minnesota Statute 205.16 (2) and 205.16 <br />l;, the Clerk -Administrator shall also post a copy of the sample <br />bond ballot at each polling place and in his office, both at <br />least (4) days before said election and shall further have said <br />sample ballot published in the official newspaper At least seven <br />(7) days before said election. The sample bond ballot shall be <br />in substantially the following form: <br />OFFlrrAT RnNn ELECTION RALLOT <br />riTY OF MOVNnS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 21, 1986 <br />VOTE ON THF. FOLLOWING QUESTION: <br />Question No. <br />1 (Authorization for improvement bonds) <br />[ I YES <br />Shall the City Council of the City of Mounds View, <br />Minnesota, be authorized to issue General Obligation <br />NO <br />Ronds of the City in an amount not to exceed <br />$750,000 to finance park improvements? <br />Qlle9tlon No. <br />2 (Authorization for increased maintenance funding) <br />I ) YES <br />Shall the City of Mounds View be authorized to <br />increase its annual tax levy by one mill for <br />I I NO <br />the purpose of providing funds to operate and <br />maintain parks, park lands and related puolic <br />recreational facilities in the City, which <br />additional tax levy, if approved, shall become <br />a permanent adjustment to the City's ieey <br />limit base as provi.ied in Minresota Statutes <br />Sections 275.517 - 275.56? <br />INSTRUCTIuNS <br />TO VOTERS: if you approve of the above questions, <br />mark a cross <br />(X) in the "YES" square opposite said question. it <br />you disapprove, mark the cross (X) in the "NO" square opposite <br />said question. <br />6. The Clerk -Administrator is authorized and directed <br />to cause to be printed official bond ballots for the use of the <br />voters at said election, which shall be indentical in form with <br />the sample ballot in paragraph 1 above, except that on the hack <br />shall he printed the words "OFFICIAL BO'7C BALLOT", the date of <br />the election, a facsimile signature of the City Clerk- <br />Administr3tor and lines for the initials of two judges. All <br />municipal questions of whatever nature submitted to the voters of <br />said election shall he printed on one snparate blue colored bal- <br />lot and the question stated in the above sample bond ballot shall <br />be the first question, if more than one question is submitted at <br />said election. <br />7. The polling places for each precinct for the elec- <br />tion and Li,e eiect'cn cf f:.... <br />1^.. for each pnllino place shall be <br />as established for the general election. <br />
