Call to Order <br />Mayor Linke at 7:0! PM on December 23, 1985. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. 2. Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmentbers Hankner, Blanchard, 3. Roll Call <br />Quick, Haake and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers and Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/QuicK to approve the :• A�,Proaa. C. <br />December 9, 1985 minutes as presented. Minutes: <br />December 9, 19 <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Duane McCarty, 8060 Long Lake Road, stated he was Residents <br />concerned with where Mounds View is going with its Requests and <br />business development, and comments that have been Comments from <br />made jy the present administration in reference to the Floor <br />what occurred when he was mayor. He stated he feels <br />the City was very successful with its business <br />development while he was in office, and he was nr;'_ <br />anti -business but rather smart business. He also <br />stated he included input from the Planning Commission <br />in makina decisions, and noted that the current <br />administration is not following that policy. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley asked that the license 6. Approval of <br />approval for Zenith Roofing under Item K be removed, Consent Agenda <br />due to non-payment of the license fee. <br />Item F was changed to indicate a special county <br />election, rather than special county primary election. <br />
