No. <br />1964 <br />The Council reviewed a draft of the proposed newsletter <br />to be mailed tc the citiaens, regarding the special <br />election. <br />Park Director Anderson reviewed why he feels a <br />referendum is necessary, and he reviewed some of <br />the information in the proposed newsletter. <br />Councilmember Hankner asked if the Task Force had <br />spoken to anyone in the Public Works department to ' <br />find out how much time is currently being spent on <br />park maintenance, and whether the overall management <br />issue was discussed. <br />
