This level of invnivemrut will help ensure the success of the installation. SCHEDULE AND FEES We are prepared to continue the protect immediately upon receiving your apprnval to proceed. Our first step will he to complete negotiation of a suitable contract with the vendor selected. We estimate the engagement will continue over a six to tan month period. We will he available to you fnr the snecjfic tasks identilied in this In ter and on an as needed basis for project monitoring and problem resnlntlnn. Our fr.•s for this engagement will he based on actual hours worked plus out-of-pocket expenses. Recause of the nature of the work to be done, it is difficult to estimate the extent of our involvement.
