STREET PROJECT 1986 <br />INFORMATIONAL MPETING <br />JANUARY 97, 1986 <br />'flits project involves reconstruction of County Road H-2 from <br />Highway 10 to Mounds View Mobile Home Court. The existing strel <br />width is 22 feet and the proposed width is 36 feet with parking <br />prohibited on the south side of the street. <br />The estimated total cost of the project is $290,000 and will not <br />be assesses. Project funding is from Municipal State AiT— <br />(M.S.A.) funds, a state program which returns a portion of gas <br />tax revenues to N.S.A. eligible cities for eligible projects. <br />The project includes installing non -surmountable concrete curb <br />and gutter with one driveway curb cut per lot and bituminous <br />roadway. A sidewalk is not proposed to he installed. <br />Yard frontage and driveways dfsturbeJ during construction will be <br />restored to their oriyinal condition avid grade. <br />' County Road H-2 will be open to local traffic only. The <br />contractor will provide access to driveways and garages by <br />automobile frun, 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. each night. He will also <br />notify residents in writing of his intention to close driveway <br />access the day prior to such closing. <br />The Mounds View Mobile Home Court emergency exit will be opened <br />when construction starts and rlosed when this road project is <br />completed. <br />We hate to say it, but there will be times Juring some lays when <br />Vol nil not be aole to drive to your house.
