RESOLUTION NO. 1973 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE APPOINTMENT OF PRECINCT ANU <br />COUNTING CENTER ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE SPECIAL COUNTY <br />ELECTION AND CITY PARK REFERENDUM BY CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR <br />AND ;h r'r[N G WAGF RATTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View held a Special <br />County General Election and City Park Referendum <br />on January 21, 1986 for the purpose of fining a vacancy for <br />County Commissioner, District One and for a City Park <br />Referendum; and <br />WHEREAS, election laws require the appointment of <br />judges for conducting the election at the precinct level and <br />at the counting center; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View to ratify the appointment of election <br />judges and countiny center judges by the Clerk -Administrator <br />for the January 21, 1986 Special General Election and City <br />Park Referendum as listed on the attached document. <br />BE IT F'IRT111:R RESOLVED, that the waqe rates for <br />election judges during the anuary 21, 1986 Special County <br />General Electicn and City Park Referendum shall be $4.25 per <br />hour for precinct judges and $5.OG per hour for precinct <br />chairpersons and counting center judges. <br />Adopted this 27 day of January, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />---- --- --- - ------- ------ <br />Mayor <br />(SEAL) <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
