The Commission and <br />closely al,'! <br />professional staff are monitoring the process <br />will keep you informed at every step of the procedures. <br />A question has arisen regarding lice public hearing .necessary <br />, <br />I Lila date-iraticn of the propriety of the transfer of <br />LULownership <br />as required by the franchise. <br />While the Commission will be addressing this issue <br />directly at its FebruaZy meeting on Faoruary 6, 1986, in <br />the Falcon Heights City Hall, it is anticipated that the <br />request of the Commission of its member cities will be to <br />the public <br />permit the Cable cuamiasion to conduct general <br />of <br />hearing regarding all Of the facts and determinations <br />was utilized <br />the transfer of ownership.
