Considerate <br />u. 1973, ratifying the appointment of precinct and Nosn1973r N county <br />counting center election judges for the special Clerk/Administrator <br />election and city park referendum by <br />and settinq wage rates, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Jirector Thatcher had uv further report. <br />Attorney Meyers reported he had been forwarded a <br />letter received by the City from the owners of <br />the del Rae Ballroom, m,�rmaid, Donatclle's and <br />Loose Ends, asking the City to amend the ligacr <br />ordinance regarding individual licenses versus <br />corporate licenses. Hc explained the owners are <br />asking for corporate li enses due to insurance <br />rates, but he would recommend leaving them as <br />individual licenses, making one individual the <br />responsible party. He reviewed problems that have <br />been experienced in the past with corporate <br />licenses. <br />It was the corsensus of the Council to remain with <br />the individual liquor licenses. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pa,.!ey stated he would invite <br />the parties to the next agenda session so they could <br />discuss the issue with Lhe Council. <br />Motion Carrt.J <br />I i.
