Their deaige of the sand <br />and suds trap shall be approved by the rity Engineer prior to <br />City Council approval. <br />SPRINKLER SYSTEM <br />A tire sprinkler system may be requirod by the City Code. <br />WATER AND SEWER SERVICE <br />City water and sewer service is available in the street. <br />
