The light shall not <br />shine onto the exit ramp. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends that a ronditinnal use permit he <br />granted which includes the above itom!e and the t.,llowing <br />items: <br />1. Trees and shrubs shall he properly maintained. • <br />2. Garbage cans and trash shall be IocAted inside <br />the trash enclnsure. <br />3. If the business closes and is not reopened within <br />one year, the conditional use permit is null and <br />void. <br />4. An attendant shall he on duty for a minimum of 4 <br />hours per day.
