He added they cannot <br />prevent someone from parking in someone else's <br />driveway, and recommended the police be called, who <br />could then call a tow truck and ticket the offender. <br />Mayor Linke stated Director Thatcher would be writing <br />a letter to the apartment owners, advisinq them of <br />the problem. <br />Councilmember Hankncr asked Mr. Blaziak's permission <br />to include a copy of his letter, with his name and <br />address removed. Mr. Blaziak consented. <br />Aayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened <br />6. public Hearing: <br />the public hearing on the spring Lake Park Knolls <br />Spring Lam <br />park Knolls <br />Addition. <br />Addition <br />Director Thatcher explained that Leonard Kremer is <br />proposing to subdivide two lots into six zero lot <br />line lots. <br />Mr. Kremer reviewed the proposed development, <br />stating the hardship involved would be an economic <br />' <br />one, as they have had this property for several <br />years and the taxer continue to increase more than <br />they Lan raise the re,its. <br />Director Thatcher stated the Planning Commission <br />has reviewed this and granted a variance on the <br />northeast lot, since the County took a large amount <br />of land from tyat piece of property to widen <br />County Road I. He added a few minor details are <br />still required from Mr. Kremer before final <br />approval could be granted. <br />Mr. Kremer reviewed the plans they have for ponding <br />the site. <br />Director Thatcher stated the existing storm water <br />retention pond does have meet existing city codes <br />as it does not provide a positive outlet, and the <br />new pond would be built to code. <br />Bruce Wolfe, 7685 Groveland Road, stated his property <br />&butts this proposed development and they have had <br />problems with ponding in the past and they have often <br />had standing water 3' deep on the property. He stated <br />the land is too low to allow for any farther development. <br />
