RESOLO TION NO. <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />roUNTY 11F NAMSFY <br />5rArE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING RETAINED EARNINGS OF rHE SEWER <br />FUND FOR FUTURE. MAINTENANCE: AND <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, the 1985 Sewer Budget provided $33,187 <br />for projects contained in the 1983 Water and Sewer System's <br />Maintenance and Capital Improvement Program; and <br />WHEREAS, on December 31, 1985 there remained a balance <br />of $13,518 available for Sewer Fund Projert+; and <br />WHEREAS, it is <br />the desirr of the Council to make those <br />monies available for <br />future maintenance and <br />capital <br />improvement projects; <br />NOW, THEREFORE <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the <br />Council that <br />an additional $13.518 <br />of retained earnings <br />of the Sewer Fund <br />is hereby designated <br />for Future Maintenance <br />and Capital <br />Improvement Projects <br />and affirms that as a <br />consequenre of this <br />designation the total <br />amount so designated <br />is now $73,178. <br />, <br />Adopted this <br />day of , 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />— -------------------- <br />Mayor <br />C1er4-AAministrator <br />
