RESOLUTION NO. <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSF.Y <br />S'rATF. OF M I NNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING RETAINED KARNINGE OF FHE WATER <br />FUND FOR FUTURE. MAIKENANCF. AND <br />CAPITAL !MPROVEMENr PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, the 1985 Water Fund Budqet provided $65,958 for <br />projects eontninv,l in tho 1983 Water and Sewrr Syst,m's <br />Maintenance and Capital Improvement Proqram; and <br />WHERE4S, on December 31, 1985 there remained a balance <br />of $35,917 available for Water Fund maintenanco and capital <br />improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council to make those <br />monies available for future maintenance and capital <br />improvement projects; <br />NOW, THRREFORF.
