Planninq Commission Resolution No. 157-86 <br />5, wetland Zoning Ordinance <br />Staff recommends approval of this subdivision per Planning <br />Commission recommendation. A public hearing is required for the <br />major subdivision, wetland alteration permit and wetland map <br />change. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Publish notice in New Briqhton Bulletin on April <br />16, 1986 and set public hearing for 7:05 p.m. on April 28, 1986. <br />Notice will be mailed to property owners located within 350 feet <br />of the site. <br />SWT/bac <br />
