Consideration <br />resolution would establish payment for non -union of Relt. No. 1990 <br />police officers for uniform expenses and he reviewed <br />the proposed resolution. <br />Councilmember Hankner questioned who the non-unioi <br />fficers are and why uniformed officers would be <br />Compensated in a different manner than plain <br />clothes officers. <br />
