Payment <br />8.1 The City will compensate the Contractor for the <br />collection of recyclable materials from residential <br />properties in the City of Mounds View at the rate <br />determined through the bidding process for this contract. <br />8.2 Payment shall be made monthly for completion of <br />recycling services as defined in this contract. <br />2.3 Weight tickets submitted to the City of Mounds view <br />shall be sufficient documentation for reimbursement. <br />9. Filing of Reports <br />9.1 The Contractor shall submit a written monthly <br />summary of the quantity of each category of recyclable <br />materials collected in the Contractor's operations and <br />specifically noting that quantity obtained in the City of <br />Mounds View. Also included in the report should be a <br />statement of the current market prices for eaca recyclable <br />item. Monthly summaries shall be submitted no later than <br />the 15th day of the month following the month for which the <br />' report is submitted. <br />9.2 The Contractor shall also furnish to the City <br />throughout the duration of this contract a quarterly <br />financial report detailing the expenses and revenues of the <br />Mounds View collection and the Contractor's overall <br />operations. Quarterly financial reports shall be submitted <br />to the City on or before January 15, April 15, July 15 and <br />October 15 of each year. The first report will be due <br />10. Access to uPrn_ds <br />The Contractor shall provide accesr; to review any books, <br />documents, prpers and records of the contractor which are <br />directly pertinent to this contract for the purpose of <br />making an audit, other examination and preparing excerpts <br />and transcriptions to the City, Ramsey County, the Metro- <br />politan Council or any of their duly authorized <br />representatives. <br />11. Insurance <br />11.1 Comprehensive general liability insurance against <br />liabilty imposed by law for bodily injury or death in the <br />sum of $250,000 for any one person and in the sum of <br />$500,000 for two or more persons for the same o,.curence and <br />for damages to property in the sum of $100,000. <br />
