Coordinate with the Contractor to <br />determine a means of delivery of the <br />contractor developed flyer(s). <br />5.2 The Contractor shall develop and deliver flyers to <br />All properties in the City of Mounds View by June, 1986 and <br />any other dates as established by the Contractor and <br />approved by the City. <br />6. Preparation for Collection <br />6.1 All occupants of residential properties in the City <br />of Mounds View who are participating in this program shall <br />separate and place recyclable materials by category in <br />appropriate containers. <br />6.2 Containers shall be placed upon the boulevard area <br />at the curb of the street by 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled day . <br />of collection. <br />6.3 Thp responsibility of all recyclable material <br />collected shall be that of the Contractors from the time of <br />pickup. Ownership of all recyclable materials set out <br />remains with the residents until pickup by designated <br />haulers. <br />6.4 The Contractor shall adequately clean up any <br />materials spilled or blown during the course of pickup <br />and/or hau:inq operations. <br />6.5 The Contractor shall have no responsibility to <br />remove or clean up any items not defined in Section 1.2. <br />6.6 Any items collected shall be disposed of by the <br />Contractor in accordance with law, to the extent not <br />recycled. <br />7. Duration of Contract <br />7.1 The term of this contract shall be from <br />through <br />7.2 The City shall have the option to review the cost, <br />benefits and service provided by the Contractor after one . <br />year. <br />
