-1J- <br />BIDDING REQUIREMENTS <br />Bids must be made on the basis of cash payment for work, and <br />accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check (on a <br />responsible bank in the State of Minnesota) or a bidder's <br />bond made payable without condition to the city of Mounds <br />View, Mounds View, MN, in the amount of not less than five <br />(W percent of the total amount of the base bid. <br />The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all <br />bids and to waive any informalities in any bids received <br />without explanation. <br />No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days. <br />The oid shell be made on a monthly fee basis to include all <br />collection and disposal expenses, dump fees, advertising <br />expenses, overhead expenses and all other expenses required <br />to complete the total project as outlined in the <br />Specifications, Bid and contractors plan. <br />Any contractor or agency bidding this project is required to <br />review the collection area prior to submitting a proposal. <br />The City of Mounds View reserves the right to reject any <br />proposal submitted not adhering to the above mentioned <br />requirements. <br />The City of Mounds View reserves the right to select the bid <br />upon consideration of all aspects of the bid amount, <br />participation rate and services to De provided. <br />
