MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br />^- FROM: CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR <br />t DATE: MARCH 13, 1986 <br />SUBJECT: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES <br />As you may recall, at the March 3rd Agenda Session you reviewed a <br />memorandum from Staff providing you with a report of our <br />experience with Administrative Offenses during 1985. A portion <br />of that re,,)ort contained recommendations to add four offenses to <br />the current list contained in Resolution 1900 as well as to <br />revise the distance for parking near a stop sign. <br />Attached for your consideration is Resolution No. 1988 Amending <br />Resolution No. 1900 to reflect those recommendations. This is <br />being presented to you at this time as a reprinting of the <br />offense boots must be made in the very near future. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff would recommend Council adoption of <br />Resolution No. 1988 Amending Resolution 1900 Establishing <br />Penalties For Administrative Offenses. <br />DFP/mjs <br />
