RESOLUTION NO. 1988 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSF.Y <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NUMBER 1900 ESTABLISHING <br />PENALTIES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council adopted <br />Ordinance No. 393 on June 24, 1985, establishing Chapter 400 <br />of the Municipal Code ertitled, "Administrative Offenses", <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 4G0 provides that penalties be <br />imposed for violations of scheduled administrative offenses <br />according to a schedule established by resolution of the <br />City Council, and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1900 Adopting Penalties for <br />Administrative Offenses was adopted on June 24, 1985; and <br />WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City <br />that certain offenses were excluded from Resolution No. <br />1900 and other offenses need to be amended to accurately <br />reflect the City's codes and State Law. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View that the penalty schedule for <br />violations of the Administrative Offense Code of the City of <br />Mounds View established by Resolution No. 1900 is amended to <br />read as follows: <br />Offense <br />Late Charqe/ <br />Initial Penalty Week <br />1.
