Nowithstanding the foregoing paragraph, Buyer shall <br />have the right to cause a corporation to be formed for and on <br />their behalf to own and/or operate the on -sale liquor business <br />on the subject premises, and the issuanc: of stock of said <br />corporation shall be permitted hereunder, provided that all shares <br />of stock of said corporation shall become part of the collateral <br />security for payment of the deferred balance hereunder. <br />25. No remodeling or reconstruction work on the premises <br />exceeding Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars per yedr shall be <br />' performed without first obtaining written consent from Seller, <br />which consent shall be solely conditioned upon Buyer furnishing <br />Seller with evidence of ability by Buyer to pay for the remodelina <br />work in full. Buyer covenants and agrees to save and hold Seller <br />and the said premises free and harmless from any claim or demand <br />fromt•third parties and will further defend any lawsuits which <br />may be commenced to enforce any claim of mechanic ,lens, which <br />claim arises from work performed subsequent to date of closing. <br />In the event lien(s) is/are filed because of dispute or otherwise, <br />Buyer shall within thirty ( 30 ) days after demand from Seller <br />cause the removal of such lien(s) by payment of such claim, postii,y <br />of bond or such other arrangements which will result in the <br />discharge of said lien(s). <br />( 26.
