ASSIGNMENT. Tenant Shall not transfer, assign, sublet or <br />pledge this Lease or Tenant's interest in the demised premises <br />without the prior written consent of the Lessor. As a condition <br />of any such consent, Tenant shall reimburse Lessor for their <br />reasonable attorney's tees incur-ed in conjunction with the process- <br />ing or documentation of any such requested transaction. The consent <br />to such transactions shall not be unreasonably withheld, provided <br />that Tenant shall remain liable during the term of this Lease and <br />that no uncured uciaultx exist of the time of the r•-quest and <br />granting of such consent. <br />16.
