School District hereby grants to the <br />City, its agents and employees, and participants in its recreational <br />activities, programs or events an easement for egress and ingress to <br />said Outside Facilities so long as this Agreement is in effect. <br />3. Indemnification. <br />a. School District's indemnification of City. The School District <br />hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City against any <br />and all claims for damages, of whatever nature, arising from or in <br />consequence of the duties it has assumed hereunder and also <br />arising from or in consequence of its operation, supervision, <br />control or conducting of any of its recreational activities, <br />programs or events or related activities utilizing said Outside <br />Facilities. <br />b. City's Indemnification of School District. City hereby agrees to <br />indemnify and hold harmless the School Distrirt!ain�" any <br />and all claims for damages of whatever nature, arising from or <br />in consequence of the duties it has assumed hereunder and also <br />arising from or in consequence of its operation, supervision, control <br />or conducting of its recreational activities, programs or events <br />or related activities utilizing said Outside Facilities. <br />c. Nature and Extent of Indemnification.
