Page 4 - Joint Powers (Mounds View City - Edgewood Jr. high) 4. Use of Facilities. The School District hereby grants to the City permission and license to conduct at such times, after school hours and on weekends, as will not interfere with regular school curriculum and related activities, on said Outside Facilities, such recreational activities, programs, or events, as the City desires to conduct to utilize the Outside Facilities for the optimum benefit of citizens living within the School District in general and citizens of the City in particular. To this end, the School District shall upon execution of this Agreement furnish the Parks and Recreation Director of the City with a schedule of the dates and times on which the School District may be utilizing the said Outside Facilities in connection with its regular school curriculum and related activities. Use of the bySehoof facility be ti330. rrt 4a. It is understood that the parties will confer on a future agreement effecting maintenance of the facilities. 5. Termination. The parties may terminate this Agreement, prior to the end of its terms, by the mutual agreement of the School District and the City, or by either party giving the other sixty (60) days prior written notice of termination. 6. Duration. This agreement shall be in force and of effect upon its execution by the respective parties following authorization by Resolution of the governing bodies thereof and shall thereafter remain in full force and of effect for a period of four (4) years. It may be renewed thereafter by the mutual written agreement of the parties. 7. Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties and their successors.
