MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION Regular Meeting tags-7 ______March-19,_1980 to us tonight, subject to the following stipulations: 6. PRELIMINARY CONCEPT REVIEWAL P.U.D. 1. The establishment of a ring road, including (continued) minimum curb cuts,with the financing of improvements decided by the Council, such as the Improvements put in by the City and assessed back to the developer via taxes. 2. That said lake would be developed as indicated on Gerald Sunde's plat dated Feb. 19, 1980, satisfying Resolution N983 and to satisfy specifications from the regulating bodies. 3. That an acceptable cost be arrived at in the development of the lake and an agreement as to the maintenance of the lake. 4. That a land swap is undertaken for park purposes, relocating the present 16.9 acres in the south- west corner to the northwest corner, plus the addition of acreage from L.A.W.C.O.N. funds in the same site area. 5. That the proposed zoning of the southwest corner be R-1 and the 22.3 acres be mixed residential. 6. That the land located north of County Road I owned by Kraus -Anderson be fully approved by all regulating agencies with guarantees that all drainage will be controlled before any develop- ment takes place on said parcel. Discussion then occurred about the development of the lake. Cremers was asked if the proposed plan of the lake was required to be modified, would he agree to have it done at no additional cost to the City. Cremers agreed, as long as it did not change the number of cubic yards of materials to be dug. Fedor asked what density the developer would agree to with regard to the 22.9 acres. Cremers stated 4 units per acre of developable land. Mountin stated she felt that definite density should be part of the P.U.D. process. She also would like to see the DNR and RCWD recommendations at the General Concept Stage. Mountin offered amendments to the main motion, seconded by Burmeister.
