Motion to amend main motion by Glazer, seconded by Fedor. To modify M5 of main motion to read as follows: 5. That the proposed zoning for the parcel will be roughly as presented to us to- night, with the southwest corner being R-1 and the middle residential designated area will have no greater density than 4 units per acre of its developable land. The 3.0 acre area designated elderly mid - rise will still be open to discussion. Vote on second amendment. 5 ayes 2 nays Burmeister voted nay because she wanted to con- sider the densities at the Concept Stage. Mountin agreed with that and also stated the City did not have a zero lot line ordinance which could affect those densities.
