COPY A <br />RESOLUTION NO. 902 <br />JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT REGARDING <br />USE OF INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 621 OUTDOOR FACILITIES <br />RESOLUTION OUTLINING THE DEVELOPMEMT OF THE OUTDOOR FACILITIES <br />AT <br />EDGEWOOD JR. HIGH SCHOOL <br />THIS AGREEMENT, Made this 12th day of June 1978 between the <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW, hereinafter referred to as the "CITY",and INDEPENDENT SCHOOL <br />DISTRICT NO. 621, hereinafter referred to as the "SCHOOL DISTRICT". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, School District owns and operates Edgewood Junior High School in <br />the City, the premises of which include certain outdoor facilities, said school <br />sites delineated in red on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof as <br />Exhibit A, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the Schoul District and the City to <br />cooperate for the purposes of permitting said Outdoor Facilities to be used for <br />the education and recreation activity programs of the School District and the <br />City, and <br />WHEREAS, the School District and the City desires to fill, grade and generally <br />up -grade the Edgewood Jr. High School outside facilities to permit utilization, <br />not only for the pupils of the School District, but also for the citizens of the <br />School District and of the City. <br />NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That in consideration for the foregoing <br />recitals and mutual covenants and promises herein set forth, it is hereby agreed <br />by and between the School District and the City as follows: <br />
