Pro.posa:l - Silver Hie» P64 <br />FEE <br />Sanders and Associates, Inc., proposes to provide the services outlined <br />herein for the following fees based on the three phase proposal: <br />Design and development of overall Park Concept $2500 <br />Plan for Silver View Park <br />Preparation of construction documents and $4900 <br />specifications required to receive formal bid <br />proposals for Phase One Construction of <br />Silver View Park <br />Construction management and/or supervision of $ 25 per hour <br />Phase One Development <br />The above fees are "not to exceed" totals and include all time. Tabor <br />and materials necessary to complete the project as outlined. Billing <br />will be according to the actual hours spent on the project based on <br />the hourly rate for each employee, not to exceed the above amounts. <br />Additional services will be provided at the following hourly rates: <br />Corporate principals <br />$35 <br />per <br />hour <br />Associates <br />$30 <br />per <br />hour <br />Architects, landscape architects <br />and planners <br />$25 <br />per <br />hour <br />Draftsmen <br />$15 <br />per <br />hour <br />CONSULTANTS <br />As necessary, the following consultants will be retained for their <br />respective services: <br />Structural Engineers - Johnston-Sahlman, Inc. <br />Electrical and Mechanical Engineers - Lundquist Wilmar Schultz <br />5 Martin <br />Hydrologists and Civil Engineers - Barr Engineering Company <br />3 <br />
