planners, landscape architects, and engineers to make certain that <br />the project as planned can be constructed as cost effectively as <br />possible, with the minimum need for revisions. <br />B Construction Documents <br />RCM is prepared to provide complete technical assistance to the <br />City during the bid phase of the project. This will include: <br />• providing information to prospective bidders <br />a tabulation and review of all bids, bonds, and other required <br />bid documents <br />a preparation of a written recoffanendation and the presentation <br />of this recommendation to the City. <br />a a pre -construction conference with the successful bidder and <br />all other necessary parties. <br />C. Construction Administration <br />RCM will provide experienced construction supervision personnel to <br />ensure the proper construction of the project. Construction super- <br />visions will include not only the assigned inspector, but will also <br />include members of the design team, to make certain that the design <br />intent is correctly refle=ted in the construction. <br />Project supervision will include periodic inspection, at least once <br />a week, and more frequently as necessary to ensure the correct <br />construction of the project. It will also include a final inspection <br />and written report regarding the acceptability of the project as <br />constructed. <br />11 <br />
