QUALIFICATIONS
COMPANY HISTORY
Since its beginning in 1955, RCM has offered a professional and technical
staff that is most capable and talented. Currently the firm maintains a
balanced staff of approximately 160 experienced men and women possessing a
broad range of skills. These people have been carefully selected on the
premise that RCM cleints deserve the best available in professional
disciplines and required support personnel.
The staff of specialists in engineering and design skills enables RCM to
provide closely integrated in-house expertise on a wide variety of projects
and programs. RCM is capable of serving as consultant for all or part of
a project, and has experience in working cooperatively with industries,
municipalities, and metropolitan and state agencies. The design of a single
component or part of a facility receives the same sensitive attention as
does an entire project involving a combination of many specialties.
The key to RCM's success in achieving client satisfaction if the team
approach. Each project for which RCM is commissioned is assigned to a
team, personalized for that project and comprised of specialists required
to solve specific problems and meet particular needs. The multi -disciplined
design team is headed by a project manager who maintains communications
between RCM and the client, from project inception to completion.
With offices in several locations, RCM provides on -site services from
preliminary studies and pre -design details through construction, including
assistance with start-up and operation of the facilities when requried.
Offices are operated and maintained in Mies, Iowa, and in Hopkins, Brainerd,
Gaylord, Mankato, St. Cloud, Virginia, and Worthington, Minnesota. The
main office is in Hopkins, which has available a complete spectrum of
architectural/engineering services.
9
