He is responsible for client business development, joint ventures identifiction, <br />marketing communications, promotion and public relations as well as education/marketing <br />research. <br />Mr. Born's experience includes municipal government positions where he has served as a <br />►w Parks and Recreation Director for a community in Minnesota and a community in Iowa. <br />As a director, he has been responsible for major land acquisition and development to <br />include multi -use trail development. He has been responsible for acquiring between $1.5- <br />,, $2.0 million in federal, state and county grants. <br />He has served as a consultant to rural communities in providing comprehensive park and <br />recreation plans as well as park development projects. <br />
