He is responsible for client contact, project coordination, <br />quality control, cost and staff assignments. <br />_ Mr. Leaman has twelve years of experience in public service as a community development <br />director in large and small communities with responsibility for comprehensive planning, <br />capital improvement programming and coordination of commissions and citizen advisory <br />committees.
