She has worked <br />on the master plan for the Minnesota Agriculture Interpretive Center in Waseca, <br />Minnesota and revitalization plans for several towns including Oelwein, IA; Winona, MN; <br />and Brookfield, MO. <br />Prior to joining RCM, Ms. Lutz worked as a designer and illustrator for Iowa State <br />University Agricultural Engineering Services, Environmental Structures Division, where <br />she was involved in site planning and building layouts for farm structures. She has also <br />developed illustrations for client meetings and Agriculture Extension publications. <br />
